Patrol Leader
The patrol is the unit of operation in a scout troop. The patrol leader plays a large role in making the patrol work. It is through your efforts that the scouts in your patrol will learn & advance in rank. I know that you will continue to serve your fellow scouts well.
There is an old Chinese saying that each generation builds the road for the next. The road has been well built for you. It is incumbent on you to make the road better for the next generation. Remember that real leadership is based on real service.
