In theory, Fly Fishing merit badge was supposed to be released at the beginning of 2002. It was not.
Rumor said it would then be released at the end of February 2002. It was not.
A company has posted a web site which lists Fly Fishing merit badge requirements. It is not known whether or not those requirements are accurate. Accurate or not, since the merit badge has not been officially released, it cannot be earned.
