Continue to lead the scouts of this troop & guide them & encourage them to be their best. Do your best to live up to the faith & trust that your fellow scouts haven given to you.
There is an old Chinese saying that each generation builds the road for the next. The road has been well built for you. It is incumbent on you to make the road better for the next generation. Remember that real leadership is based on real service.
