Den Chief & Troop Guide
You will work with the scouts of the pack, teaching them the skills they need to advance, helping them to get comfortable in the troop & setting a good example for them. It is through your example that the scouts in our pack will want to join our troop. I have confidence that you will do your great work with the pack.
There is an old Chinese saying that each generation builds the road for the next. The road has been well built for you. It is incumbent on you to make the road better for the next generation. Remember that real leadership is based on real service.
